Views of the Grand Canyon

Here are some of the views of the Grand Canyon that we took a week ago. It is a great place to visit especially in March when there is still snow around. These views were taken at different times of the day.

Paula hadn’t been in snow before and when she stepped into it her feet sunk into the icy snow. There is a photo of her getting the ice out of her shoes. We hadn’t thought there would be ice in the Grand Canyon so we hadn’t waterproofed our shoes. ARA shoes are meant for walking not wading through snow drifts. However, they dried out well and are as good as new.
