I scanned the form and emailed it before posting back by registered post. I am in Australia so wanted to make sure that they were aware I was cancelling. The money was deposited back into my credit card and the cash part of the deposit was sent to me by cheque. So I have to say once again that this was definitely a positive experience for me.
