One of the things that I always look forward to when I come to Las Vegas is this Bellagio botanical garden.
The theme of the garden changes with the seasons and special occasions such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc.
At the moment the garden is a glorious celebration of spring. There are tulips and pansies in all shades, plus the display is interspersed with clogs.
Mr and Mrs Green Thumb are available daily between 10:30m and 11:30am in the Conservatory to answer any questions that you may have about the garden.
Did you know that it takes around 150 staff from the Bellagio and their sister casinos to organize and plant the new theme when it changes. Expert horticulturists arrange the gazebos, bridges, ponds and water features that are uniquely chosen to represent each of the seasons and holiday celebrations. These experts ensure that the gardens and features are maintained so that the displays are always shown in their full splendor. The gardens also have specially designed lighting which spotlights the flowers features.
As I have said previously one of my favourite things to do when I am in Vegas is to take my time strolling through the garden just taking in the sights and listening to the tinkling of the water from the various water features.
This year’s celebration of spring includes a carousel and a variety of clogs in various sizes that are sprinkled throughout the flowers.
Do yourself a favor when you are in Vegas and go into Bellagio to see and appreciate their beautiful garden and conservatory. After all Bellagio isn’t just about their glorious, musical fountains.

Here you can see a pair of very large clogs nestled in amongst the beautiful tulips.

These super-sized bumble bees caught my eye as we entered the garden.

The colourful Bellagio Carousel set amongst the flower display with bees buzzing around the top.

Here is one of the lovely water features and don’t the bikes just add to the effect nicely.
